The excellent staff and their attitude.

The room features a minibar, central heating, a TV with satellite channels, and a comfortable bed, with attentive and friendly staff always available.

First of all the location was nice, it was near to aksaray which has really good shopping and food shops....night life was also good in the area. I would like to mention that the manager of the hotel was very nice, she was very sweet and caring and was personally involved in the hotel managmnt

Hotel has really good location, and you can be in old center of town within 15 minutes by foot. Also, there is train stop nearby. Rooms are clean and comfort. You get clean towels every day.

Rooms have view on other building, which are just couple of meters from window. Sheets were not changed during my stay. Breakfast is same every morning (I've been 5 days), but you will not be hungry, there is plenty of it.

The family room which I stayed in is spacious. Good location in town. Very near to tram station. Excellent hotel & location. Receptionists are fluence in english.

The traditional hammam with fountains for showers and hot stones for relaxation was a blissful experience, leaving my skin soft and rejuvenated. The hotel's tour desk was incredibly helpful in arranging visits to Istanbul's main attractions, making exploring the city a breeze. The fully equipped fitness centre, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, therapy shower. The proximity to the historic Sultanahmet district and its iconic landmarks such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace made it easy to immerse myself in the city's rich history. I loved the convenience of being able to enjoy a leisurely massage in an individual treatment room after relaxing on the spa deck. The open buffet breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful start to each morning, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The indoor pool at the spa was a great place to unwind and take a refreshing dip.

close to the tram! and you even can walk to the old center. Good price\quality rate.

Non-official taxi was provided from, hotel to airport without any bill. And driver asked to give money before airport. Strong smell of cleaning staff in the room when we arrived. Poor breakfast but enough not to be hungry

The breakfast had a great selection, although bread choices were limited when we ate late. the hotel's location is convenient, with the tram station just a couple of minutes away. the bed was comfortable and the decor was pleasing. We were upgraded to a suite on the 7th floor, which was spacious and enjoyable. the staff were friendly and helpful.

Felt like family, no complaints.
